A true veteran of the real estate industry, Karen has been selling and listing homes in the New Ulm area since 1978. Intensely loyal to her customers and clients, Karen is dedicated to find that "right house" and market her listings with concern and integrity. Karen has been active on several local boards including the United Church of Christ Education Board, Wanda Gag Home, League of Women Voters and Council for the Arts. She is currently serving on the Community concert Board, Directing Member of Highland Manor, Inc., Oak Hills Living Center and United Church of Christ Council. Karen attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, West Lake College of Music in Los Angeles and Mankato State University. She has earned her G.R.I. real estate designation and shares her free time with husband, Jim a Professional Jazz Pianist.

Lynn attended Minnesota State University- Mankato, is a Dale Carnegie graduate, a member of the New Ulm area Chamber of Commerce, The Realtors® Association of Minnesota, Minnesota Association of Realtors®, the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and is on the steering committee for the Network New Ulm Youth Leadership Program. She enjoys spending her spare time with her grandchildren, quilting and walking. Lynn is a New Ulm native and shares her life with her husband David, two sons, two daughters and three grandsons.

A graduate of New Ulm High School in 1967, Bill graduated from St. Olaf College in 1971 and is a 1974 graduate of Valparaiso University Law School. He practiced law in Baraboo, Wisconsin for two years before returning to New Ulm and entering the real estate profession. Driven by a desire to help others he has spent 30 years in the real estate profession, holding many Minnesota Association of REALTORS® offices and serving on numerous state-wide and local real estate boards. In his community, he has been Chairman of the Board of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce, President of the New Ulm Sertoma Club, President of the New Ulm Club, Chairman of the Sioux Trails Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, Board Member of the Adoptive Recreational Services, President of the New Ulm Business Districts, and Trustee for the New Ulm Medical Center. Currently, Bill sits on the Boards of Directors for Alliance Bank, New Ulm Legion Baseball and is Board Chair of the Mission Committee at Our Savior's Lutheran Church.

She is New Ulm's only CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, a designation earned by less than 5% of all real estate agents in the United States. In 1994, she was presented the Athena Award from her community in recognition of promoting women in their professions and achievement in their respective careers. Before real estate Diane taught Home Economics in Anoka and New Ulm. Diane's love of the outdoors is shared with her family and husband at their lake home in north central Minnesota whenever possible.
